Rooms are ok ok.. flush won't work after midnight.. hot water only in mornings.. house keeping directly walks in without knocking.. inhouse food is old stale and expensive. Dhaba outside serves you better food. The real attraction is the boys on reciption.. Boys in suit are the real thugs.. official gundas of La sapphire. Even after my final payment at check out they won't let me and my family leave because they wanted to sell transport options at super expensive rates.. I would not recommend anyone to go there.. La sapphire could be better without the morons on the front desk and better management..

Hôtel trouvé à la dernière minute sur place alors qu'il était 21h et que nous étions une famille de 8 adultes et 1 enfant. L'hôtel est plutôt simple, un hôtel qui serait classé 1 étoile normalement. Les prix sur internet étaient moins chers mais le "manager" a refusé de pratiquer les tarifs en ligne. Étant donné que nous n'avions pas le choix, nous avons accepté et sommes restés une nuit. Le lendemain, nous avons demandé combien nous devions payer si nous souhaitions rester une nuit supplémentaire. Le soit disant manager nous a dit le même prix qu'annoncé et payé la veille. Tout cela sans même nous regarder dans les yeux. Aucun sens commercial, aucun respect. Passez votre chemin si vous avez un peu de dignité. Seul le restaurant qui est indépendant de l'hôtel peut rattraper l'image de cet établissement. Et encore, au petit déjeuner, c'était service minimum. Très très décevant globalement.
